Our itinerary included an additional excursion to pay homage at Muktinath. We traveled by jeep to the base of the hill where the temple stands and proceeded on foot. Having suffered from altitude sickness during my previous visit, I took cautious steps forward this time. Perhaps because we took short rests along the way, it was not as difficult, and I managed to reach the shrine somehow.
